Sometimes, we might feel confused and anxious in our parenting journey (or maybe a lot of times!). Using mindfulness as a tool, helps us to get back to a place of peace.
When we praise children, they tend to do things because they know they will get praised and not because they are compelled to do so. They start stop taking risks and there is no pride in the work they do.
On the other hand, encouragement, raises children to be proud of their work, start doing self-evaluations and take more risks as they become more courageous.
